Full refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 25% of the course content has been accessed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
If you're not satisfied with the course purchased, we offer an option to exchange it for another course of equal or lesser value within 21 days of the initial purchase once we create another course. The original course must be less than 50% completed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop the automatic renewal, but you will still have access to the course content until the end of your billing cycle.
